Day 2 Plyometric Cardio Circuit

This day was actually a good day. I was very proud of myself! Woke up 6:30am and worked out to Plyometric Cardio Circuit. This one was VERY intense! I felt sick but afterwords I felt AMAZING. I had a protein shake immediately after blended with a few strawberries around 8am, 10:30ish maybe 11 I had a banana, 1pm I turned down my favorite Hawaiian Pizza for lunch and instead went with a Chocolate Shakeology shake, then around 3:30pm I had a sliced up apple with about a spoonful of peanut butter and for dinner I had a salad with grilled chicken. I drank about 64oz of water throughout the day. Not sure if thats good but I felt really good going to bed. I must say, this day was a good day. =)

DAY 1 June 12, 2012...sorry its late.

MAN ON MAN!!!! It was was INSANE! Sorry for taking forever to finally post! had a lot going on with work school and a fam.. but enough with the excuses right lol. Anyway, I started Thursday with the fit test and measurements and let me tell you, I didn't realize how out of shape I was till I did the fit test. I literally vomited :-(
