This is killing ME!!!

OH MY WORD! So I worked out Saturday to cardio power and resistance and it felt great. Everything was all good and dandy till I woke up the yesterday. Everything, and i mean EVERYTHING felt sore! I figured its ok, I'll work through it.. well, I decided to work on my front yard before my work out, HUGE MISTAKE! After working on my yard in 95 degree heat for 6 hours I took a shower and literally cried because everything just started hurting. ugh! Then this morning I woke up same thing. I couldn't even get out of my bed without complaining. My arms still hurt from my workout saturday and yard work. My calves ache every step i take. my back feels so sensitive. I really want to work out to Insanity but I feel like my body is physically not capable. Any suggestions? Anyone? Anyone?

Day 2 Plyometric Cardio Circuit

This day was actually a good day. I was very proud of myself! Woke up 6:30am and worked out to Plyometric Cardio Circuit. This one was VERY intense! I felt sick but afterwords I felt AMAZING. I had a protein shake immediately after blended with a few strawberries around 8am, 10:30ish maybe 11 I had a banana, 1pm I turned down my favorite Hawaiian Pizza for lunch and instead went with a Chocolate Shakeology shake, then around 3:30pm I had a sliced up apple with about a spoonful of peanut butter and for dinner I had a salad with grilled chicken. I drank about 64oz of water throughout the day. Not sure if thats good but I felt really good going to bed. I must say, this day was a good day. =)

DAY 1 June 12, 2012...sorry its late.

MAN ON MAN!!!! It was was INSANE! Sorry for taking forever to finally post! had a lot going on with work school and a fam.. but enough with the excuses right lol. Anyway, I started Thursday with the fit test and measurements and let me tell you, I didn't realize how out of shape I was till I did the fit test. I literally vomited :-(

Tomorrow is the day!

Lately I have been feeling very BLAH. I feel very heavy and just gross. And of course it is summer right now so it being 90 degrees these days I feel even worse. I feel very VERY uncomfortable in my own skin and we all know this is not a good feeling. Today I wore black leggings, a tank top and a large t-shirt. T-shirts and the color black are my best friends right now, unfortunately. But even with my large t's, that at one point fit me loose and comfortable, they now look and feel a little tight. NOT GOOD!

Anyway, tomorrow is the day!! I will do the fit test and measurements and log my results on the table which is provided with the DVD's. I will then post my results as i go, as well as pictures every 15 days. I will also include a blank copy of the fit test and calendar for those that need it. Again, any input is greatly appreciated so please dont hesitate to comment.
